TEC Congregational Meeting

June 17, 2025, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Our annual Congregational Meeting will take place on June 17, 2025, at 6pm in the Paskow Sanctuary. We welcome all members who wish to attend in person. That said, we value your participation and are sensitive to your potential personal scheduling conflicts. Therefore, again this year, we will offer electronic voting on all key items, beginning on May 20, 2025.

Your ballot – whether electronic or physical – will cover the following topics:
1. Approving the Board of Directors slate of candidates for 2025-2027 terms
2. Approving the FY 2025-2026 Budget

Please take a few moments to help shape the future of your Jewish community. Temple Etz Chaim is our community, and we need your voice! Electronic voting was first implemented last year in order to make participation in temple governance more accessible to the entire congregation. Please look for a separate email inviting you into the online voting system and take a few minutes in the course of the next month to vote. Note that each adult member of your household is entitled to his/her own vote.
