Lay Leadership

Temple Etz Chaim thrives thanks to the passion, spirit, and dedication of our lay leaders, who work tirelessly to secure the vibrant future of our community.

Our Board of Trustees meets monthly to manage the business of TEC—and our doors are always open to you! Our meetings are usually on the 4th Wednesday of every month after Minyan, but check our Calendar to confirm scheduling.

Every member of the congregation is welcome to attend, share their voice, and stay informed.

How our leadership works:

• Terms: Board members serve a two-year term and can serve up to two consecutive terms.

• Elections: To ensure continuity and fresh perspectives, half of our board positions change each year. New leaders are voted on and approved by the congregation every June at our annual Congregational Meeting.
