We are proud to offer TECY, our youth department, which is dedicated to offering innovative and experiential programming for kids ranging from Kindergarten to seniors in high school.
TEC is a proud member of the United Synagogue Youth movement affiliated with United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ).

The different divisions of TECY are:
Our Temple Etz Chaim chapter is part of the Far West Region of United Synagogue Youth.
This region includes other chapters from Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Hawaii. Youth and teens can get involved at the regional level by attending assorted weekends (Kinnusim) throughout the year as well as summer travel programs, which includes trips across the country and throughout Israel.
TEC Youth Commission
Our Youth Commission is a volunteer committee is comprised of parents who have currently have children in or are alumni of TEC Youth Program, lead by the Youth Director. We meet approximately once a month and act as a resource to the Youth Director throughout the year
- Fundraising on behalf of youth activities and scholarships
- Chaperoning events as needed
